would dr maggio be a better bet , what ive read looks good but there isnt enough before and after pictures on his website for my liking and the results seem so subtle and i want agressive nosework

Dr Di Maggio is a good choice see the yahoo FFS group for pics. However, the nose is a different thing all together. It is a specialist area which requires skills that not all ffs surgeons have. Dr Spiegel produces some very nice noses and is also an ffs surgeon. However, you should consider having a rhinoplasty with a specialist such as Dr Rizk & Dr Richard Davis. Then getting your ffs work. A good rhinoplasty can have a great feminising effect. Though, remember even in the best hands about 10% will require revision. If you really can't do them separate then Di Maggio has some very nice and aggressive results. Dr O's noses often look the same to me - upturned piggy (not a good look)!

Well, and then Dr. Z seems to have a "I know what's best" kind of thing going. Not everyone of his patients is happy having got that "Dr. Z treatment"...
If surgeons get too good a reputation some start get a "God complex" it's only human. See what happens to other celebrities...

Yea I don't like piggy noses :p and dr O prices are insane anyway lol so he not an option for me , I'd prefer to get my nose done at the same time as I've already had one nosejob but it didn't do enough , I guess if whoever I pick doesn't give a optimal result with my nose , I can go get a revision elsewhere lol , and if that didn't work out exactly how I wanted I'd probably just leave it be LOL more than 3 nosejobs would be way too much hahahha

Her nose looks like it has caved in though, it only has like, two dimensions. When your nose needs to be rebuilt with grafts, that's when things start to get really tricky.

Oh, I do agree. It sooo looks and says "nose job"! Some folks like that very idea... not me, I have to admit.

What I can say about Dr. Chettawut is that he's not in it for the money. When I sent him my pics for a consultation, he turned me away and said he doesn't see where he can make an improvement. He thought I looked female enough.

I am SRS patient of Dr Chettawut and I can only say that he is the best doctor I have ever met in my life. I saw many FFS patients there and they were all happy with the results.

I am Dr Z girl and I can only say that the man is an artist and very knowledgeable doctor. If you decide to go with him be ready to LONG recovery and ugly results after the surgery. He is very aggressive and your face will need time to heal. I personally have never met somebody unhappy with Dr Z in the end. I decided to proceed with Dr Z after seeing more then 20 FFS doctors. In my opinion he was the best for my case and everything turned out as he said.

as dr ch. patient, i can only say that i am 100% happy. The other patients i saw there were also happy. All those comments made me have a second thought...
