me and my dad are about to join a gym, but it ONLY has a women and mens locker room with no bathrooms whatsoever outside of it. My dad will barely even let me look in the direction of the mens locker room (he is okay with me being trans, he just dosent want me to go and get beat up and raped) and I would rather jump off of the building then use the girls. So I have no idea what to do there...

and I am not allowed to wear any binder of any kind to work out there, so i dont break a rib or something (but I run a mile in school every week, I can barely breath and it hurts but i still have to do that -.-) but I can barely go around in my home without a binder. So going out without one is out of the question. I have to work out to pass better, but I wont if I cant pass. Any advice on what to work out in?... I'm a small D cup.

also anyone else been unable to get on Susan's for the past week?

Get a really good sports bra and a baggy sweat shirt. Just avoid the locker rooms. Use the bathroom and shower at home before and after your work out.

I feel kinda stupid now. But I guess i didn't think of doing that because its rare for my dad to let me buy anything over 10 bucks, and 10 bucks is stretching it. So i cant really afford something like the frog bra. Plus i have a really small bladder, so I pee a lot.

I always change before going to the gym and just shower and stuff at home to avoid the bathroom/locker room situation.  You can try a sports bra and a baggy shirt like Nygeel suggested. I always buy mine one size down like Chipper suggested. Not the most comfortable (doesn't flatten as much) but its better than nothing.

wheat thins are delicious

Get a sports bra a few sizes smaller than what you wear.  How far in transition are you?  Are you presenting as male, is your name changed, are you under 18?  You might just have to go to the gym as a female (meaning using the women's change rooms), if you really won't be able to make it through a trip there without going to the toilet.  It sucks but sometimes it's about compromising especially early in transition.

I'm a medium D cup and while I can work out comfortably in a binder(or even two, at times) I've gotten away with using two sports bras in sizes much smaller than I would normally wear, one backwards, the other on normally and a loose shirt. It brings me down to a small B, large A, and the shirt helps hide that too.

Also, do you "pass" as male in public? Do people call you sir without being prompted as such? If so, I think you might want to try running into the men's room without your dad at the gym and scope it out. If there are stalls, then you might be able to get away with doing your business there.

I've gone into men's bathrooms and locker rooms without being looked at odd or hurt or..ergh...raped. But the times I've gone in, I've been consistently passing as male. YMMV, of course, just my two cents.
