Maddie here... I have been lurking a long time but this is my first post. I'm excited because I should be starting Hormones in a month. I waited a long time because I always felt like my body was fundamentally masculine in terms of mass. I wonder how many of you experienced a notable decline in upper body mass on E? How log did it take and how many inches in mass did you lose in the underbust and shoulders? I plan on tracking my measurements with a spreadsheet so I can see progress that might not be apparent to the naked eye.
Im not too worried about my broad shoulders, many women have broad shoulders but I have a large ribcage. My underbust is 39" which is depressingly huge...So huge I resisted the thought of transition because I always thought Id just *wrong* no matter what. I'm hoping some of that 39" might be back muscle but even then thats probably only an inch...sigh
Anyway thanks for your posts everyone. Id love to hear encouragement from larger torsoed girls who experienced a drop in mass or any words of wisdom. I hve been reading and watching stuff online for dressing my body shape but the volume of my ribcage is just such that I fear it will always look wrong..
