Getting HRT from Kaiser Permanente In Oregon?

Looking for specific experiences with this health system.. As this is my current insurance provider, and I really want to get HRT but am extremely shy about it (I know that's normal). Not much information is lieing around, unfortunately.

So any suggestions or experience are helpful.. Thanks. Sorry if this is in the wrong forum as well.

I think more than half the transguys I've met (irl) who are on HRT get it through kaiser. They are supposedly pretty good about this stuff, but I know that they sometimes have red-tape type problems with gender markers and billing.
