What do you want to tell yourself in the future?

1 year: stay on track and don't give up! The exchange program better have worked and I hope you have found a decent part-time job, but even if nothing has worked out you still have time...just keep trying!

5 years: I really hope you're financially independent by now and have started hormones..and maybe chest surgery. It's okay to be behind schedule, better late than never
Day by day, in every way, I am getting better and better. And so are you!

I did mine up to 11 years.

1 year- Hopefully you are about done with college now so you need to get on the ball and start working and saving up so you can move out.  I know your transition issues and bringing you to the point of mental unstability so perhaps you just need to save enough for top surgery and instead of an extra 30 grand just go for saving up 10 grand and hopefully that should be enough if you spend your money wisely and work immediately when you move.  It would take years to save up about 40-50 grand BEFORE you move and you need to transition before that.

5 years-Congrats!  You made it this far and got your top surgery and Mansculpture done by Dr. Garramone.  I don't know how the heck you did it but the point it you did.    Ok now we have to focus on saving for a total hysterectomy because you can't have that junk in there while on T.  Get it out now so you won't have to worry about Aunt Flow knocking on your door every month.

6 years-Okay you have knocked out your total hysterectomy but you are still fat.  Dude you DO know you are at high risk for type 2 diabetes because it's in your family, you are morbidly obese, and because you are a minority right!  On top of that there are a lot of surgeons may decline your metoidioplasty surgery because of your weight.  Sorry but it's the truth.  This is why you NEED to get a gastric sleeve.  Lets see if insurance will cover it but if not you better start saving up and after you get the surgery START SAVING FOR BOTTOM SURGERY IMMEDIATELY! That way by the time you reach your desired weight you will have the money for bottom surgery and will be able to kick it into high gear.

8 years-Wow I haven't been in the normal range for my weight ever since I was a young child.  Ok it's time to knock out this metoidioplasty.  I got the money for it and lets roll!  I'm going to the best surgeon.  I will NOT settle for second best.

9 years-  I am fully recovered from all those complications and I am completely healed.  I can finally use the urinal and enjoy my body more like how it should have been.  Even though I am sick of surgery I am going to get Lasik eye surgery and dental implants now.....more saving I know it's a drag lol.

10 years-  Ok I am officially sick of surgery and if I have to be cut open ONE more time....I need to celebrate-I'M GOING TO ANIME EXPO TO COSPLAY!  I've waited over 10 years to go there in my "right" body and now I'm going to party it up with no expenses spared woohoo!  I'm going to make it a tradition to go there.  On top of that I have found the love of my life and I am so glad to have her!

11 years-  I need to help out the trans community.  I need to start my own foundation or donate to one that already exists.
