Stretching binders

I'm really tight on money atm and short on binders too.
I wondered if there's a chance to slightly stretch one out without completely destroying it? I got an old one which is really too tight (it used to fit alright but either it shrinked or i gained a bit).
Suggestions?

You lose nothing trying.

I'd try stretching it by putting it on a bucket or something and leaving it for 10, or 20 minutes.
Then try it on, keep doing it until it fit.

I've never tried that though, so don't take my word for it.
But maybe it'd work. Go little by little so you don't destroy it.

No clue, man. If you're broke it's certainly worth a shot. You don't want to get pleurisy. I would try wearing it over a coat or a thick sweater if you can do so without calling attention to yourself. That way it can't choke you and it should stretch it evenly.
