Once I get the ball rolling transition-wise I would like to help others who transition after or around the same time as me.  Normally I am not the helping type but this is something that I really want to do in the future.  I hope I can find the courage to post my journey via Youtube.  So many people from Youtube and here have helped me and I would like to return the favor by helping others.  In a way I feel obligated to do so.  If everyone just had the "every man or woman for themselves" type of attitude the progress would be slower.

I especially want to be able to reach those that may feel a bit discouraged by seeing so many transitioners of a certain shape, ethnicity, interest in hobbies, those who have mates, looks, and so much more you name it.  I know that there are those few out there because I am one of them.  While the diversity of the happenings in transitioning are being expressed a lot more now,  I want to join in.  I want to be able to reach those people with similar traits as me and for them to say "Wow....he is a guy who close to my body type who got top surgery/getting gastric sleeve/ is a minority/single/blue-collar/plays video games  AND he likes anime a lot!"   Ok you get the point....something like that lol.  Even if that never happens I still want to help anyone that I can.

After my transition is all said and done then I would like the extend the helping hand by helping to run a buisness or organization that helps transgendered people.  Maybe I can sell products or start a shelter for transgendered people or a safe spot for transgendered youths. I don't know how I will do it but hopefully it will be done.

Sharing is caring.  :)

I hope I don't lose this drive in the future when I do transition.

Through my local support group I have started to make moves in that direction, and have been asked if I would be interested in joining a Federal Govt funded GLBTI health forum in a few months.  I have found my tribe, and want to help others avoid the problems I met on the way.
