You all of a sudden stop HRT and decide not to continue with it? Does your body revert itself? Just a curious question really.

Your changes will revert for the most part. However if your testicles shrank, there's a chance they will not grow back to their normal size, and your breast tissue is likely permanent. Also if you've had fat deposits in your face due to estrogen, and they are lost, you will probably get a more aged appearance as the elasticity of your skin has been compromised.

If you have had an orchiectomy then you will probably need supplemental testosterone in order for your skin and hair to become more oily.

One of the most noticable things for me is acne. While on HRT, I have awesome skin. But if I stop HRT for a while, all the acne I use to have pre-transition comes back.

Are there any major complications though?

Short term depression... which could lead to suicidal thoughts.

Depends on how long you've been on hrt before stopping. Most of the affects will go away in time but some will not. If you've been on estrogen for a year or longer and then stop your bodies endocrine system will be messed up and you might not be able to return to your previous testosterone levels and possibly there will be higher estrogen levels(higher then the average male) even after the medication is stopped. I've heard of some people taking T shots to make up for those low levels of T.

How long have you been on hormones and why do you want to stop? Do you feel unwell?

Have you discussed it with your doctor?

Other than your head exploding as you sink into an emotional hell of torn feelings and despair?  Nahh  Oh... oily skin comes back and you stink like a guy again  >:(

OK. Some people do not react well to E and it would be best to see someone if that were the case.

If you get a prescription from a doctor, they should  go over it with you.
