This is my question, please help if you need to know my dosage to answer properly, PM me due to the rules i will not post them on the forum (rules which i hope i'm not breaking). Thanks and all help is appreciated.
All I can say is that my life is pretty plain, I like watchin' the puddles gather rain.

Despite all my rage, I'm still just a rat in a cage

The short answer is "it depends on the individual's metabolism". In some cases even a small dose of estrogen (say /day) can have an effect. In my own case I was able to see effects on /day). There is no fixed rule here, you can try and see what happens. Even a small dose of transgender hormones will have some effect although it may be difficult to detect and may be some time before anything is noticeable.

I am sure that someone else will have a more scientific answer.

Can't know for sure without bloodwork and actually trying as there are too many factors:

The individual's oestrogen sensitivity.
The amount of testosterone in the system that the oestrogen needs to overcome.

My endo has me on low dose E to attempt to moderate my dysphoria - he has warned me that more than likely changes will happen over time - to what degree he was unwilling to say for sure.

Everyone is different, but I'm taking a low dosage of estrogen without any androgen blockers.  In 2 weeks my depression lifted and after 4 weeks my breasts were sore and there was the beginning of growth.

So yes, a low dose can still create changes.

I always wanted to be someone.  Now I am someone.  It just isn't me.

I've been on low dose, E only, x amount per day for 40 days.
Noted changes:
1.  Nipples went all funky for the first week (vague discomfort), after that, they've become more reactive to temperature changes (they stand out a little more).  No knotting or anything like that yet.
2.  Slightly softer skin - I had dry flakey skin before, it still flakes sometimes, but it feels softer (part of it may be due to changing to a shae butter soap though).  Veins are still prominent.
3.  Slightly more emotional than before, but I wouldn't say that I'll cry at the drop of a hat.  I do feel more connected to my feelings than before which is important to me - previously the only way I could do that was through music.
4.  Started exercising, the weight around the waist is dropping at the same rate as the stuff around my buttocks - it usually was the buttocks first then the waist.

I have a follow up appointment with my endo soon - I'll find out what's happened hormonally - I'm hoping for sort of equal levels of both as I don't really want to "blossom" at this stage.
