Police find proof of rape defendant trying to change legal gender

Investigators went back to work on what first appeared a straightforward statutory rape case after the defendant who was charged as a man was revealed to be a woman as she took a shower in jail.

Hamilton County Assistant District Attorney Boyd Patterson said after discovering Alexander David Cross' correct gender, Chattanooga investigators searched a house where the defendant had been staying.

I've been waiting for homeland security to jump on this one for at least six, seven years.
Great reason to register all gender variant people, whether just for a name change, surgical status, or presentation as a threat to national security.

Can you imagine what would happen if some idiot ever went off the reservation and got caught coming back with drugs or contraband?  That would get everyone that was ever anywhere near this community banned from ever traveling abroad.

They've been looking for a reason to come after the "T" in GLBT for some time now. All it takes is one yo-yo to really mess things up.
