hi i really want to come out to my family and freinds but i'm afraid of their reaction. i have already come out to my younger sister and one friend, they were cool with it but i'm still afraid of telling the rest, most of my family think i might be a lesbian and they are willing to accept that, but still, this is completely different

You never know until you do it. But like most things in life there is no going back. I came out to my family in one big hit. I invited them all to dinner and Cindy was thre when the came into the house. No problems were had by me, and they all accept me.

i think my family will be ok, but my sister is getting married in 3 weeks and i don't want to cause any drama that would ruin it for her, plus my aunty will be coming up for it, she is lesbian and i'm hoping she will help me.

If you can wait until after the wedding. It is, as you know, her big day and you don't want to detract from it. She sounds a super cool sister for you in letting you be an usher and wearing a suit. I know from this site that many sisters have asked their TG sister to still be a bridesmaid and wear the dress makeup etc, something they loath.

BTW what country are you in?

I just came out to my mother and sisters.  I was petrified.  Scared all for nothing.  they are very accepting and loving.  I was afraid that my snbbish sister (2 yr older than me) would not talk to me.  We never got along.  Boy was I wrong.   all I am saying is that one never quite knows what someones reaction will be.   I had already told my son, who is getting married in July.  He is okay with it.  I did promise to wear a tux for the wedding.  I didn't want to up stage the bride (it is her big day).  After I get home though I will be out 24/7.
