Flan is the new Links Staff Administrator

Flan has consented to take over the management of the Links Staff. She has been a long time member of the site and has served on both Chat Staff and Wiki Staff.  I expect her to run the links with the same drive and efficiency she has brought to every other task she has been assigned since joining the staff here. She will be looking for 5-6 dedicated web surfers who will help her maintain the link directory on the main page of the site.
