I'm really looking forward to wearing a bra for its actual intended purpose instead of faking breasts. I really hope that somewhere along the way, my breasts do come in. I really don't want to end up with nothing, stuck faking things forever.
Question... I'm 22 years old. Started HRT at 20, almost 21, but I was on a very low dose of estrogen, which was increased by 50 % a month ago. I don't have a thin physique or thin person genes at all; I still look sort of fat at ~132 lbs for 165 cm (5' 5") while I should be in a very healthy range.
I got soreness and tingling for a while, and since then, I've always had my nipples/areolas relatively sensitive to pressure, with them having a lump underneath. Right now I vaguely look like I sort of have a fat man's man-boobs, and they might look like they have grown a tiny bit since increasing my dose, even though I'm pretty sure my torso can still pass as male. Since going full-time, I've been using a very padded bra to fake A cups.
So, here's the question. How likely is it that I never end up growing any acceptable size of breasts? I know that some women don't even have much breasts at all, but what worries me is that all of those women, from what I know, barely have any fat anywhere to begin with. They're naturally very thin, and their small or nonexistent breasts follow that fact. But sheesh, I'm definitely not a naturally thin type, I'm relatively young and both my sister and my mother have very respectable sizes.
I'm getting a bit worried, to be honest. I wish I could just instantly test my blood levels at home, whenever I want to, to make sure I'm in the appropriate range, and see if an increase can be considered.
