My name is Pam and I am a 50ish transsexual woman. I currently live in Los Angeles, but am in the process of moving my residence to Dallas, Texas. I will keep my corporation headquartered in LA and open a branch in Dallas. This way I will be able to commute between the two cities.  In case any of you are wondering why I would leave LA for Dallas, it is because of two reasons....  15 and 13 year old sons who both want me to be closer to them, and I to them. They live in Dallas with their mom, and have completely accepted me as a female. I am eternally grateful for that.

I have been on HRT for going on 3 years, and have been living fulltime as a female since May of 2005.  I am scheduled for GRS June 30th of this year. I have had a variety of facial  procedures done, including Rhino, lip lift, lip implants chin reduction and face lift.  I will complete my FFS at the end of this year at the hands of Dr Zukowski in Chicago. I have had 120 hours of electrolysis and am just about done, aside for some maintenance on those 100 or so pesky hairs that just don't want to die.

That's all about me in one breath. I would post a picture, if only I could figure out how.

I found out about this forum from a friend that I know from another forum that I have belonged to for several years.  Hopefully this is a friendly and safe place, free from admirers, ->-bleeped-<-s and haters.

I look forward to getting to know everyone here.

Perusal of the Forum's FAQ section should illuminate the quandary of the elusive profile picture...

;)

I advise to make sure to read the Site TOS, which should answer your query regarding if this is a safe, friendly place and such like. (=

Thanks everyone for the warm welcomes!!

Actually, Dallas is not the worst place in the world to live in, trust me..... I have been to every state in the contiguous United States and I have seen plenty of horrid places to live.

I lived in Dallas as a male for over 20 years, and still visit quite frequently now as a female. Its a pretty vibrant city if you know where to go.  It's unfortunate that it is in the foreign country  of Texas, but if you can get past that, its not such a bad place :)

I do love LA though, except for the smog, traffic and high living cost.
