I am finally ready to start a new chapter in my life and I am an artist, with some success who is trying to find somewhere in America that is sunny, warm, not overly expensive to live, arts friendly, friendly in general and of course, TG friendly.

So what towns in America fit my criteria? Any?

The only place I know of is Northampton, Massachusetts, but that's probably because of how local it is to me.
No doubt there are plenty of other places.

Artsy and warm is usually going to mean expensive. Like Key West, Florida.

Southern California is more affordable than the San Francisco Bay area, but less into the arts, outside of film-making and television.  Taos, New Mexico, is worth investigating.

Good luck with your relocation.

I'll be back in a minute with some site rules for you, blueaugust.
