So here we go..Brooke finally took the step and made her first appt with a therapist. The appt is later this month. I know this will be good for her and I am so very very proud of her. I know this was hard fior her to do.
This might sound selfish, but I have to admit I am a little nervous the therapist is gonna tell her that I am not healthy for her at this time or something like that.

That's good news, TWC!

As for your worry, don't. I doubt the therapist will say anything of the sort.  Supportive relationships is something that therapists look for when they advise a patient wishing to transition, from what I've heard.

A digital high-five to Brooke! *****

Such Great News to hear. Thanks for sharing it with us.

Yep sometimes thoughts creepin that cause us to worry when remember communication in your relationship is what makes you healthy for Brook. Lack of communication is what will not be healthy. Tha is probably what the Therapist will tell Brook.

Smiles,
