It can kill.  And it is not advised.  Stick with Spironolactone .

If you are so desperate, ask a doctor for an orchi, but for the love of God, do not do the alcohol injection. You can get a terrible infection, or a blood clot that will kill you. What they do not tell you at that site is that the pain is unbearable for weeks.

But anyway I think it's better to just talk about controversial subjects, get it out of your system,
than just ignoring them. Cause when we just ignore stuff, people are just going to try it anyway. At least now with this thread someone that was thinking about doing it can read this and go ''mhmm maybe it's not such a great idea.''

I think it's ridiculous when threads are closed or deleted just because it's ''controversial''
It's important in my book to talk about stuff and inform people instead of just acting like this doesn't happen.

If you want to use info from that site, how about looking at their thread about Dr. Arnkoff?  Or for that matter look for mine on this site.  For under $3k (travel/lodging/food included) you can have a SAFELY done orchi and he even wrote surgery letters for me that let me change my DL gender and are at the State Dept now to change my passport.

It isn't the final step for me as I do plan on have full GCS when funds allow, but having the right letter on my license was a HUGE relief and it also let me reduce my med dosage.
