Hello everyone.
I am a FtM Pre-Op Transman. I live in Indiana right now but hoping to move to NY soon.
I Started my Ts a year ago this coming July. But with work slow its been hard to stick with them (Afford them). Thats why I am trying to move to NY where there's jobs and more acceptance. In fact I am heading up there next month to spend with my gf and look around. Getting a feel to where I can go for Medical, Jobs and housing.
My gf has been awesome with my Transitioning sense she met me before I started transition. But she doesnt see me as Female or Male, but her soul mate, not a gender. Which makes me love her even more. I am VERY lucky to have such a lady that loves me like that.
My sons are both in there 20s, and hoping down the road they follow. I feel bad leaving them back here, My mom will flip out (Very Christian) and tell me I am being neglectful, but I am 41 yrs old and time for me to better myself. I dont think thats selfish.
Sorry I am rambling, all I wanted to do was say hello and hope to meet some good ppl on here.

Feel free to post your successes/failures, Hopes/dreams.  Ask questions and seek answers. Give and receive advice.

But remember we are family here, your family now. And it is always nice to have another brother.

Hi country_boy.  Welcome from sunny southern California.

We have quite a few NY area posters.  Hopefully a few will see your intro.

Hi ny_country_boy, it's nice to meet you! If that was taken, you could have been indiana_city_slicker! Either way, we're glad you found us! See you around, hugs, Devlyn

Hi from another Aussie sheila.

It's great that your girl can see you for who you are.   Women like her are absolute jewels.
As for the kids, once they are in their 20's it's time they were making their own way in the world anyway.  And now they will have a reason to visit New York.  Sounds like a good move all round.
