Training two new members for the 5s team at work.

I had a great time last night. Two new members were add last night. one was a man and the other was a woman. The two were asked to pick who they wanted to train them. The woman picked me. She followed me around and I showed here how to do everything. We talked, laughed and had a great time getting to know each other. I can't wait until next week to do it again.

Maybe I should have asked the question that I left out of the post above. I was wondering why noone was answering my question then I read my post and I did not even ask it.

What do you think the reason was for the woman to pick me over the other to train her?
