The issue of "passing" as a woman may very well be the biggest concern for many folks who have transitioned or are considering doing so. Yes, it can be a bigger concern than the pronoun issue, though they can be related.

Still, not every "trans" person worries about passing. Some simply accept themselves as they are — whether feminine in appearance or not — and live their lives.
