Hey guys!

I'm 8 months on T and I wanted to start wearing tank tops. Sadly, I'm still pre-op and don't foresee a surgery for atleast another year or so. It's summer, and I've been working my arms out a lot all year. I want to be able to wear a tank top, but I have no idea what kind to buy so that I can conceal the fact that I have a binder on.

Any suggestions?

This kind, or get an extra binder sew it inside of a sleeveless undershirt so it will make the binder look like an undershirt.

That's all I can suggest, I solve this p; problem by not wearing tanks out of the house.

Yep, I can never seem to find these in the store though, so I just cut the sleeves off of my shirts, but same deal. Crew neck shirts work best because they keep binder straps from showing, but even if they do show it just looks like you have on two tanks.

Also, if you have an underworks binder (I don't imagine it working for any other type) watch the last 2 minutes or so of this video:

It's funny because I just learned about that last night and now you made this post

Yeah I always see people in this design and it looks like the best design for what you are looking for, however they are fairly difficult to find in shops (I speak from experience). I for one would not be happy with buying one over the Internet as if it is slightly loose then maybe the binder would show through

I don't like muscle shirts though. Unless I'm working out in them.

Dont worry about it. I started T not even two weeks ago and I'm still pre-op. Look at my pic. I have huge breasts, but I wear two binders, and it works fell.

Sorry about the idiotic poses, I made these for my boyfriend XD And on the other hand, since we talk about topics like sexuality, genitals on this forum, and even that which toilet do we use, I think I wont be looking strange in a bathroom, with a tank top and underwear XD

If you want, I can take a pic how I use the binders to help!

That link doesn't work.  It says 404 not found.

That pic is a good idea - I wish I could find the right top for me, too - cutting the sleeves out of tops tends to let part of my binder show in the armholes.  Then everything else shows the lines of the binder through the damn fabric.  I just kind of gave up trying to find something.

i pass in normal tank tops with the big arm holes that hang low. I just wear the underworks 988 binder with chest only compression. The outer material is soft cotton and completely covers the binding part. People just assume I wear some type of tighter cotton tank under my real tank top. Get a black and a white and stick with black and white tanks unless the color doesn't doesn't make the binder pop out all obvious. The binder usually blends so well with the tank that it's not often noticed.

i find it hard to buy tank tops because most are to low cut or too big so i cut the collar and arms off of some old t shirts that were to tight in the shoulders for me to wear anymore so i have 2 really good ones now also they are black to match my binder so if anyone sees my binder they wont realize it isn't part of my tank top. also i got a normal tank top and made the strap parts shorter so it has smaller armpit holes and is less low cut and it looks really good.

I have had awesome luck with the <<215 Anvil Heavyweight Tank Top>> from Amazon. Nice small armholes and small price!

I'm getting a new computer soon, and when I do I'm going to go back and watch the youtube clips on all these threads. :-\

I don't even try to hide my binder when I wear a tank top. It just looks like I have two tank tops on, which is weird, but not weird enough that anybody ever says anything about it.
