Probably do the SRS option.

I regret nothing more than not starting earlier... but I will be okay, in time. I look okay as it is, and if I get SRS... then I will be able to feel normal combined with the other things I can do. I will pass as cis all the time.

But the HRT option disallows SRS, and I can't have that.

Well, all I can say is that when I was only just post-pubescent (15 or so, I guess), I absolutely longed for someone or something to take my male parts away and make me into a girl instead. So that unhappy kid would have said SRS ... and I'm sticking to it now!
