Heart issues?

I have two hearts issues and I was wondering if I will still able to go through with the HRT.
I have Wolfs Parkinson White and Mitral Valve Prolapse.
I'm just curious.
I have an appointment with a doctor on Monday about starting it and all but I would like to know ab it before hand about anything that could go on during that visit as well as the heart thing.
