Problems with susans server?

I have seen for the past few days susans.org loading really slow, and then also thread sections loading slow, with sometimes unable to search a persons posts ect. Is there any way I can help or is there anything that can be done?

The server has been a little " stressed" lately ;)
Just a "California Girl" trying to enjoy each sunny day
