I noticed someones else suggested custom shirts. There pretty affordable now, you can get a custom made one for $65 maybe less with a coupon code. But at your height I think you might run into problems with the shirts being to long, but if you tuck them in all the time that shouldn't be as much of an issue.
There's regular cut, fitted cut and slim cut normally for off the shelf shirts and the sizes are based on neck collar size and sleeve length. Most regular cuts fit pretty baggy, fitted is tighter and slim is for really thin people (not me), depending on the brand some are really thin and others slim cuts are baggy. I recommend getting a spread collar vs a point, its the wider of the collars.
Also there are different styles of cuff's, the french cuff is the cuff that you see allot in the movies, it takes cuff links to hold the sleeve together and is kind of know as formal wear. Theres the barrel cuff which is more casual and most shirts will have this. I'd recommend a barrel cuff unless your going to a formalish event.
