Drunk man in wig/bikini charged with public indency

I imagine the public indecency charge is related to his being drunk, and not his attire, but everyone I know who has read the article feel its his attire leading to the charge.

Personally I see nothing wrong with what he is wearing.

The issue is they were drunk driving, they were also supposedly on a park bench fondling them self in a park with children present. This is not a image which represents the average transgender person. It's certainly not the image we want pulled up when transgender issues rise up in government such as when they debate protecting transgender people from rampant discrimination.

That makes much more sense. Cross posted your information on the forum where everyone thinks its because of his attire (and most seem to agree with him being charged for that)
