What's the reasonable time period where you know hormones have done the best

By comparison  there is a HUGE difference between a 12 year old girl and a 16 year old girl.  A 16 year old girl looks basically the same as how she will look well into her 20s!

I find it more interesting that we can actually have a second puberty.

Rita you start hormones at 12 and you will look like a cis-gender girl.

My fossilized DNA says a good 3 years and still going with changes.  The first few months went about the same as when I was in my early 20's.

well duh! Just putting puberty into perspective.  A 12 year old vs 4 years later a young woman which quite literally is 95% there!.  By 26 years old you they are at 100%.
