Katie M smited a staff member who was advising people as a moderator to be kind when critiquing other peoples photographs, with the reason "Calling someone fat is not called for here"
This was the message Jamie D. posted.

I have posted this before, but I'll post it again. When somebody asks for a critique of their photos, it is good to be honest, without being harsh. No one is perfect. We all have our flaws and things we can improve on.
Let's make our criticism constructive. I am honest with myself about my weight. I have been too fat for too long, and it is killing me. My blood pressure is too high, I've got Type II diabetes, a fatty liver, and kidney damage. I was told to "diet or die" after a brain bleed. My goal is to lose 50lbs. I am 15 lbs toward that goal after 2 months.
If I were to post my picture here today, I would expect my friends to say, "Jamie, lose the friggin weight and you might get that feminine figure you want." People who are overweight, or under weight, know it.
My point is, let's be caring and supportive. Sometimes, it helps to point out the positives, and build on those. Sometimes it is better to say nothing, than to give false hope.
It's a delicate balance. If in doubt, be kind.
As you can see at no point did she call anyone else but herself fat. I am fat enough myself, though I wear it fairly well. I am 5'4" tall (162.56cm) and weigh roughly 190 pounds (86kg). I need to lose at least 35 pounds (16kg). So its clear that Jamie D was offering good advice.
Now back to the issue at hand.
For issuing a invalid smite, the smite was removed from Jamie D and transferred back to Katie M.'s account 2x, bringing her to a -2 reputation. Second for smiting a staff member in the performance of their duties Katie M. has lost the ability to award reputation until I decide to take it off, for now lets say sometime after she reaches 1,000+ posts. She can private message me then to get considered for reinstatement.
