So I have a small 32b rite now but compression sports bras don't seem to be doing the trick. To note, I have a small and skinny frame so any breasts at all are very noticeable to others. How long should I bind? What kind of binder do I get? Etc...




Disclaimer:I'm not an ftm so I'm clueless....

rule 1 don't bind to tight,
rule 2 don't bind with tape bandages, etc

i personally can get away with just using a compression vest, i can wear it almost all day without any effects. you might wanna try that. or I've heard good things about t kingdom and underworks
