Jamie D, you made me spit out my Red Hook ESB I was laughing so hard.  So this is for you:
from Hell's heart, I stab at thee! For laughter's sake, I spit my last beer at thee!
Epic!

Btw, good things can come in cans too :)
The Alchemist Brewery - Heady Topper (DIPA) - Such a great beer, look up its BA rating (I hate rating systems, especially theirs)

Did you know the line first came from the early American novel, Moby Dick, by Herman Melville?

"To the last, I grapple with thee; From Hell's heart, I stab at thee; For hate's sake, I spit my last breath at thee"

You asked for it...

I like it!

But a lawsuit?  The copyrights lapsed decades ago.

You have given me an idea for a "mash-up."

How about, Moby-Dick; or, The Whale .. and Zombies!

We better beat Seth Grahame-Smith to the trademark office.

My favorite bottle of suds starts and ends with Bell's Brewery, Oberon (Kalamazoo, Michigan).

It is similar to Blue Moon or Bud's Shock Top, but oh so much better.
I know you can get it as far west as the Flying Saucer Draught Emporium in Kansas City, but that is as far as they will ship it and it is only brewed in the summer time.

Give it a drink, you will be glad you did.

Did you know that Moby Dick was referenced in the Next Gen film First Contact as well? It was a plot device to make Picard realize he was to the Borg as Ahab was to the white whale... at least, he was crazy for vengeance in the film. I suppose they felt they had to turn everything up to eleven for the silver screen, though.

Getting back to beer, I recently tried Alaskan Amber-- and loved it.

.

I've heard a lot about them, especially their Two Hearted Ale. I'll definitely try them out if I see them on tap or such.

My favorites, in no particular order, are:

Kirin Ichiban
Red Hook ESB
Bass Ale

Snowpaw

I don't usually drink. However I do like me a zeiganboch.

Barq's is awesome but harder to find around here for some reason, so I have to settle on A&W.
