THE GUERRILLA ANGEL REPORT — Örebro (Sweden) District Court Judge Dan Sjöstedt acquitted the rapist because the transwoman had no vagina, the planned rape would have been impossible to carry out. [I'm constructing this from a Swedish translation into English]

The attacker brutally beat the victim and ripped off her pants in an attempt to rape her. A witness rushed to the scene and intervened. The police came and arrested the attacker.

Wrong on so many levels, not least of which is the fact that even male-bodied people have openings that can be forceably penetrated for sex, and therefore CAN BE RAPED.

Rape is a rape, and that's what happened to her. Even if you regard the person as a 'male' men can still be raped too. This is a complete disgrace I'm totally disgusted.

wha is curious is that Sweden is part of the EU and EU says Human Rights Act applies and so even if the person was pre-op or just Tg then they are still protected by the HRA.

The rapist comes from Eritrea. And in Sweden immigrants usually get away with things like this because people are too afraid to be called racists.

I've been seeing news reports of this in Sweden, especially around Malmo.  This is no news to me.  We got that here to a certain extent.  I've got a neighbor who is a Mexican national with a relative living with him is repairing auto wrecks out of his garage and back yard.  A flatbed towtruck shows up and drops off a wreck, a lot of Spanish is spoken, cash is exchanged, the work done on the wreck until it runs and is driven off.  This repeats.  I smell the paint when the finishing touches are done.  No taxes are paid and if I would try this, I would be cited by the zoning board and hauled into court!

Getting back to the topic at hand...

This trans woman was attacked when she stepped out of the door    Even if the guy did not complete the rape there are assault and battery and attempted rape charges to be considered

What happens when this guy rapes a gen. woman? From what I am reading of his behavior I would reason that he probably has done so in the past

Transgender woman appeals rape acquittal



A transgender woman who was the victim of an attempted rape has appealed a Swedish court's decision to clear the offender of the charges after the court argued the rape was "impossible" because the victim was still biologically a man.

"We will appeal, of course. Sexual violence can happen in many ways, it doesn't need to be vaginal. The limits of attempted rape were passed when he attacked her," said the transgender woman's lawyer Gun Brodd Hedlund to the TT news agency.

The attacker, a 61-year-old man, was "brutally violent" in the attack, tearing off the victim's pants and grabbing at her crotch.

However, he was acquitted of the attempted rape charges by the Örebro District Court after the court deemed the allegations to be "invalid".
