Does anyone have any suggestions? I have some Hollister's Medical Adhesive, but it won't work for me. It sticks to my skin just fine, but comes off the breast forms really easily. I've tried everything I can think of - lots of adhesive, not much adhesive using a piece of card to spread it, two layers of adhesive giving time to dry in between, freshly washed forms, freshly washed me - but nothing seems to work. The forms come unstuck in a matter of minutes, even with a bra to support them. It's really annoying.

Heliomance,

It is possible the silicone form is large & too heavy for the Hollister spray adhesive to secure to your skin, in which case you will need a proper size fitting firm bra. I had no problem with a medium size form using Hollister and go bra less. I now use a small form & use double sided tapes & can regenerate the tapes using skin tac wipes a couple of times for a few wears on one set of tapes. I have fabric covered foam forms that I can use the tapes on or It Stays body adhesive roll on.
Hope this helps

I use Amena forms that fit inside their bras now, but at first taped a pair of small silicon forms on with 'Micropor' paper surgical tape on the form and plastic surgical tape on my skin.
That way the forms were not damaged by the hard to remove plastic tape, and still stayed on.
Perhaps some paper tape on the forms would give the glue something to hang on to.

I've had no problems with Hollister adhesive.  I saw a video that helped me.

Spray the adhesive on the form, place it on your skin and squish it around a bit, take it off and let it set for perhaps 1 minute, then put it in place.  You will need to hold it in place (e.g. with your bra) for a while - maybe 5 minutes for the adhesive to set well.

I can then usually wear the breast forms braless for hours.
I always wanted to be someone.  Now I am someone.  It just isn't me.

julies2000ma,

You are right. The instructions do say to let the spray set on the forms for 5 minutes before you press them to your chest. And as you say support them for a while perhaps as much as 15 minutes before you can try to go bra less.

Try using wig tape.  It can hold for quite a while.
