I've heard of this site for a while but finally decided to really check it out.  There are a lot of resources here...very encouraging :)

As for me, I've crossdressed for a while but I think I identify myself as having both male and female aspects.  I prefer to express either as male or as female but not both together.  I've also learned I can't suppress one for the sake of the other (not that I haven't tried).  So, I suppose SRS will never be the right option for me (but I'm not always convinced of that).  If I had to label myself, I think I'd go with Two-Spirit.

Still learning my way around the site and look forward to being able to post a photo avatar and other info as the site gets to know me.  You can also find me on Google+ and some other places around the 'net.

Look forward to getting to know you all.

Hi Josie, :icon_wave:

Welcome to our little family. Over 7477  strong. That would be one heck of a family reunion.

Feel free to post your successes/failures, Hopes/dreams.  Ask questions and seek answers. Give and receive advice.

But remember we are family here, your family now. And it is always nice to have another member.

And be sure to check out these links ( MUST READS )

Hi and welcome from the Tasmania, Oz version of Alabama we are told. ;)

I have a dear friend who is Intersex and identifies as Two-Spirit, so to me it is a perfectly legitimate identity.  Only you can see inside your head, so only you really know who you are.
I currently identify as Genderqueer Amazon Fetish Femme Dyke ->-bleeped-<-girl.  It fits for now.
The modern surgeon's attitude is to avoid opening someone up if at all possible, so if you don't need SRS, all the better.  I am going to have to overcome the fear instilled by working in a Hospital for 10 years if I am going to go for SRS myself.

Cheers. Karen.

Hi Josie,
Another big Aussie welcome to Susan's family. It's really good to have another person to join us in the fun, serious stuff and everything in between.

You are right. There is a mountain of information and resources here, and I found them back in the late 90's, when I was cross dressing but knew there was more to it. Those resources REALLY helped me over the ensuing years and having come back to Susan's last year, has catapulted me into my predestined future.

To open 'Pandora's Box' you need 15 posts or more, which includes an avatar, so I'm sure that won't take you long to amass. Hope you enjoy the experience and friendship here. In the meantime I look forward to hearing more from you in time to come, however, be safe, well and happy.

Lotsa huggs
Catherine
