I have read other posts that many girls claim that their scent changes as well as there sense of smell changes especially being able to smell men while on hrt.  When this occurs are you now omitting a feminine scent and/or pheromones?

I don't know about changing scent totally, but I did notice after about a month my sweat did change and I no longer smell like male sweat when I work out or do anything really. And as far as smelling men... oh yeah... it's kinda odd sometimes I can smell them before I see them, and I can also pick up scents from futher away.  Kida cool actually. Flowers even smell better, so I can actually take more time to stop and smell the roses. ;)

Most likely. I doubt anyone has ever scientifically tested it though. After around 6 months of HRT it became quite noticeable to me.

So when the scent changes and we are able to smell men are you putting out female pheromones that both men and women can detect?

I would imagine that we would start giving off feminine pheromones  :)   Sometimes I catch guys in line at the grocery store sniffing me

They try to be sly about it, but guys are so darn obvious in nearly everything they do   I'm not sure whether to be creeped out by it or not  :P

I haven't had much change in sense of smell, but I am about 3 weeks on HRT and my sense of taste seems to have gotten sharper. I spent one night last week going through spices and figuring out the differences between cayenne pepper, chili powder, etc. for the first time in my life.

I have definitely noticed a difference in my sense of smell.  Now I can smell a guy from many feet away, and I don't really care for their scent much; usually BO or too much cologne.

Also I have sort of a sweeter smell to me now.  After I go for a run I'm quite sweaty and the smell isn't at all like a guys anymore.   Ah, I love being a woman.   :)

I like the smell of (most) guys a lot more than I used to. It's also much more noticeable. Also, I can't smell women at all anymore (including myself) unless they're wearing some sort of body spray or perfume. I've tried, it's like they aren't even there anymore. I used to get kinda grossed out by the sweet smell they put off. I can smell their BO only if they're sweating and it's stale... but even then it's weak and much different (far more unpleasent). As far as men... if they're sweating I *KNOW* it because the smell is overpowering. A guy came over to fix my AC last night and I could tell from 20 feet away that he'd been working all day, and the smell NEVER got to me like that with men.

Lucky you!  Where do you find the guys that don't smell like BO or overdo it with cologne?  Guess I need to get out more often.

But, meh.  I don't like the smell of anyone's BO, male or female, gross IMO.

Most men don't wear cologne here... which is strange because where I live it's hot and humid. But I can still smell through the cologne and I get a hint of their real body scent. Lots of men stink but the majority smell pretty yum.

If you dont sweat you probably won't smell much.  There is a change in skin smell, from a very very light male musk.  Think pine outdoorsy to something sweeter which is hard to describe.

When you do sweat it won't smell blunt and bleachy, it will smell musky and sweet.  You will notice most (not to be vulgar) when you take off your pants on a hot summer day.  Sense of smell for me was always heightened and it hasn't really changed...

Really the biggest change is going from a cleaning detergent, to some wierd sweet smelling thingy if I had to put a finger  on it ide say berry but its really not and its completely unexplainable.
