I stand corected.

I was bassing my statement on how my nurse instructed us on how to do HRT shots.
So it is said that if you know your enemies and know yourself, you can win a hundred battles without a single loss.
If you only know yourself, but not your opponent, you may win or may lose.
If you know neither yourself nor your enemy, you will always endanger yourself.

Oh man, that's funny. Now I have that stuck in my head.  :)

Confession: I have kept the empty vials all along. Sometimes I look at the box of them, a rather small collection, really. I marvel at the changes the contents have wrought in my part of the universe.

Happy T Day to youuuu!

So it has been a few days...

How are you doing emotionaly and mentaly?

Any brain wave changes you have noticed?

ive noticed quite a bit actually.
first it seems impossible to cry. even the idea of crying, seems impossible. haha.
i've had alot of things happen recently that would've really upset me but for some reason they don't bother me anymore.
after my first shot, about 2 days before my 2nd shot, i noticed i was a bit irritable. okay, alot irritable lol.
after the first shot, a few days after my appetite increased, just like with the 2nd shot. ive noticed i can eat alot more.

my throat hurts and it's very sore so i clear it a lot.

mostly, my mood is consistent.

:)
