  I got a referal in the mail from the VA on Monday for going to a consultation on voice therapy.  Called and scheduled my consult and now am waiting for it next week.  I was surprised that I was approved for it by the VA.  All I did was ask my Endo Doc and she came thru for me.  It helped that I had a speech problem to begin with I think.

Yay for you! I've had 2 sessions (plus the assessment) with my speech therapist. I really like her, and it's fantastic that I'm NOT the first trans woman she's dealt with.
