I've been on hormones for a little over a month. My left nipple has gotten larger, puffier, and has a super sore breast bud behind it. It started developing very quickly. However, my right one hasn't had any reaction and doesn't have the continuously developing bud that my left one has. Is this something stupid to worry about or should I be concerned?

Welcome to Susan's!  :)

No, I wouldn't be worried. The girls often develop at different rates...my left one has always been a little bigger than the right.

Now, if you get a C cup on one side, and a little bump on the other...maybe a surgeon will give you half-off a BA... ;D
...I think for most of us it is a futile effort to try and put this genie back in the bottle once she has tasted freedom...

Hahaha, I thought the same thing when it happened to me. I asked the same thing. It scared the crap out of me also. The one that was not growing is now. It switches back and forth and sometimes both grow at the sametime. you are going be okay.

I spoke to my GP about this as he has other TS patients.  He said that one possibility is that as  I am right handed, the right side of my body is more active so it accumulates less fat. I have noticed that my left "muffin top", is still larger than my right as well, which tends to bear this theory out.

Mine take turns too. Fret not, give them time (oh, and rubbing a little vitamin E oil on them eases the soreness by making the skin more stretchy).
