ok well im not on hormones and today wen i was going to tan i had my shirt off and wen i was standing infront of my mom and talkin to her about my hair she asked me  if I was  doing something to my chest and i was like noooo then she was like well ur growing boobs and she said shes been noticing them getting bigger and bigger like every couple of months so umm is this normal? but dont get me wrong im soo freaking exstatic that im growing a little boobage pre HRT

Angelique, you could have "persistant pubertal gynecomastia."

Your natural hormone fluctuate, and you might be on the low side for testosterone, and on the high side for estradiol.
