Hey everyone, I've been looking for a place that I could talk on about me being transgender and I think I have finally found it! Well, I'm 21 FtM, pre-t and pre anything really, which really sucks but I can't go forward with anything until I come out to my father and find a way to pay for everything. My style is more I guess you would call it "Emo" or "scene" so I can pass pretty easily seeing as most of the guys in this style are more "feminine" which is good for me. I did have a few questions, like, in photos how could I stand so that my chest doesn't really show? I have a small chest a 34 A so i'm lucky with that I don't really even bind I just throw on a sports bra and it pretty much does the trick. I'm really skinny tho, and not really tall and that gives me away sometimes. Are there any tips on gaining muscle? I've been working out but I must not being doing something right xD anyway. I'll post a picture when it lets me. Any tips would be great! Thanks for commenting if you do.

Welcome Damon - 'fraid I can't offer much advice on appearing less feminine... or on gaining muscle mass*... I have the opposite issues - lol.

But I 'magine there are plenty of folks here who can help you in those respects.

Enjoy!

* working my butt off did it for me, though...
I ain't scared... I just don't want to mess up my hair.

Hi Damon, :icon_wave:
Welcome to our little family. Over 7722 strong. That would be one heck of a family reunion.

Feel free to post your successes/failures, Hopes/dreams.  Ask questions and seek answers. Give and receive advice.
But remember we are family here, your family now. And it is always nice to have another brother

Hi Damon ,

A big Aussie welcome to Susan's family. It's good of you to drop in and say "Hi". Hope you like it here, and you stay for a while.

There is a mountain of information, resources and friendship waiting for you here, you just need to jump in and start talking.

Just remember when you see your Dad, just keep it real simple. Start by reminding your Dad, this IS NOT a choice. It's a well documented MEDICAL disorder. He had NOTHING to do with it, YOU had nothing to do with it and your MUM had nothing to do with it. It's purely and simply a genetic/hormone thing. Nothing more, nothing less. NOBODY can fix it. It's just like any other birth defect.

Simple. Just takes the pressure off everyone. No one is at fault, no one to blame. THIS IS NOT A CHOICE!!! end statement.

Hope it goes well for you. Let us know how you are coping

Looking forward to hearing more of your story in time to come, but in the meantime, be safe, well and happy.

Lotsa huggs
Catherine
