Best cities and towns for FTM folks to live and work in

Since I am a full time RVer I really can live anywhere. Where are the best cities and towns to live and work as a MtF trans person in your view. NYC, and Wash DC are out as there are no good RV spots in those areas. And I am looking East of the Mississippi, these days. Let me hear from you!

Big cities. I like Sacramento, CA. It's in the middle of lots of country too. I'm sure there are RV parks all around the city. Yeah... check out Sacramento. I know that there are some support groups there as well. FWIW, I don't live there. But I live near there. (a two hour drive)
