i believe my haircut helps reinforces the idea that im 13 which is a good deal younger then i am as im a senior in high school.

so what can you suggest also i have a diamond pear shaped face so i need a bit on the sides. so what do you think?

Personally I'd suggest like a 4 on the sides and scissors to about an inch on the top.

Hm, I see what you mean.  I definitely think spiking it up with a bit of gel Pattison style could make a big diference. 

Do you have Photoshop?  You could 'shop some different styles onto your face and see what you like.
