Anyone have top surgery with Kathy Rumer and would you recommend her? Are her results good? I heard she takes insurance too. also, are the consultations free?

I -believe- the consultations are free, she does them via Skype or phone. I haven't had any surgery by her but I plan to have her do my top and bottom surgery because I, personally, like her methods. Sorry I can't be more useful. :C
