Hawaii Drs. Please help if you are from the islands

Hello, I am Anella same as Angie or Angel in Hawaiian. Anyway I have had such a hard time. Spare you the details, i have a pain and quest has given aproval for surgery and that surgury can easily incude GRS and is written as such. I am in pain from this ( Real physical pain, I cannot walk well) Drs are beating around the bush since feb treating me like not good and attempting to dominate my transition.
I am looking for a urologist on any island that is empathetic of us and will do surgery on the low pay of quest. Big Island does not have such a dr. I am tired of this. please help. Thanks Anella, Love you always, Aloha
