I'm someone who never steps out of the house without a minimum heels of 5inch. When I wear extreme ones as 7inch I always more or less feel the bones of my butts(pelvis or whatever it's called). I'm just wondering if I put myself a butt implant if I'll still be able to walk with heels and if my implants wont press/rub on my bones while I walk. Those who did this surgery, please share experience cos I prefer die with a flat ass than not be able to wear heels.

I suspect I'm the only one here that has had that surgery, so I'll try to answer the question.
I don't see any reason why you couldn't walk in high heels, although I don't really wear high heels... my tallest heels are maybe 2.75" but I have no trouble walking in them.. it's no different than before surgery, except my butt sticks out 2 more inches.  The implants are inside your muscle, so they shouldn't push on your pelvis.
It's strange, I've had my implants for 3 weeks and I like them... yet I can feel them when I sit down.  I notice them less and less, but still they are noticeable.  Eventually that should go away though.

Well, Nicki Minaj can.. so I guess we can too  ;)

Yeah, that's true! same for Kim Kardashian... my butt doctor assured me that she had implants.  He said the same thing about Nicki

Of course you can, but it has to be your own fat.  In my case, just fat injections to the butt would be pretty pointless because i'm 5'8" 120 lbs, or else I would have done that.  Basically, what they do is lipo your upper body, your waist and lower back, then they take all the fat and purify it through some process, then they shoot it into your butt and hips.  For this to work well, you have to have some fat.
So, my implants are 330 ccs each, and the doctor lipoed all the fat off my body he could find and got 180 ccs.  He then injected 90 ccs into each of my hips.  It's noticeable, but it's also minor.  Basically, what I'm saying is, you probably need at least 1000 ccs of fat to make the surgery worth it.  The more you have, the bigger they can make your butt and hips... and, when they slim your waist it'll naturally make your butt and hips look bigger.

There are pluses and minuses about fat injections.  The biggest plus is, it's your own fat... you aren't sitting on implants for the rest of your life.  The minuses are, they results aren't completely permanent.  So, lets say they shoot 500 ccs into each butt cheek and 200 ccs into each of your hips.  Well, you are only going to keep probably 60-80% of that fat there, and you may lose more over time.  The good news is, since fat cells are memory cells, you should gain more fat in the areas that fat was injected, and less in areas where fat was removed.  Also, you won't have the perky tight butt look like implants give you.  Basically, implants are permanent, and fat injections aren't completely permanent.

Go to a website called www.makemeheal.com and go under Community - Forums - Butt Implants.  That's where I got a lot of my information from.  For the very best results, get fat transfer and butt implants.

Hahaha yeah I'm sure you will =)  Even with me being so skinny, these implants gave me a really nice size, very girly butt.  I still plan on going back to being a boy, but I love my butt no matter what gender... It's big, round and perky, with lots of projection.

Sweetie, with which surgeon did you do that and where?

Dr Orlando cerpa in Mexico. He's the best for butt implants. You have to leave the country if you want the soft cohesive gel implants...the same material as breast implants. However, the material isn't yet FDA approved for butt implants... So, the implants here are much harder and heavier. Most people go to Mexico for the surgery... Even a US surgeon I talked to about butt implants told me to go to Mexico.

Has anyone used Dr. Cerpa? As I live only 20 miles from his practice and considering fat and/or implants for my hips. Thankfully all the years lifting weights has provided me with a nice bubble butt, although my hips are flat and would make sure a difference with a few rounded inches.

Thank yu in advance for any information.

interesting program about a woman whose bottom implants had burst.   super big operation to remove and clean everything out.

I have to think that any accidental fall that put all the body weight on an implant would make it burst.

Wait. There is a surgery for making a butt bigger by adding fat to it?

Wow, and I thought my gamer butt was big. I'd have problems again trying to fit in slim trousers...
