gender marker change OHIP - ontario canada

I need to change the gender markers and name on my Ids as well, but i am hesitant to change the gender marker on my ohip health card.

I'm ftm, but the inside of my body is still female, etc... so down the road if i need to get a hystorectomy, or any female related health issues, will OHIP cover it if my gender marker is changed. Is it possible to just change my drivers license and maybe the passport gender marker? I mostly just get hassled when i look male but my drivers license says female....(and i only just started T this week. so i imagine it will get worse, once i start looking even more masculine)
