Goodbye and good luck hon, you're not at all manly looking!

It's a shame that we sometimes get so upset about some insensitive comment someone has made. Susan's is the best support site on the Internet for those with gender related issues bar none! I understand how easy it is to misconstrue the intent of comments others make at times, because we can't hear the tone and tenor of that individual who is commenting and we can't see the body language either so it's easy to get one's panties in a wad over someone's comment and end up overreacting. When that happens, it would be much better to just take a break for awhile rather than pull your membership because your gender issues will still be with you and this is the best place to discuss things with your peers who understand and can relate.

Constructive input doesn't always mean only what a person may want to hear either.

Thank you
"For transpeople, using the right pronoun is NOT simply a 'political correctness' issue. It's core to the entire struggle transpeople go through. Using the wrong pronoun means 'I don't recognize you as who you are.' It means 'I think you're confused, delusional, or mentally I'll.'. It means 'you're not important enough for me to acknowledge your struggle.'"

There were things I like and disliked about her but at the end of the day I think she was just someone with a strong personality. Some people just bring out extreme reactions in people.

I'm not totally comfortable on this site, but that's not necessarily my fault or this site's fault. I hope she can find somewhere better if she can't feel comfortable here.
