lets see, just short of being on HRT for 2 months. my thighs have gotten thicker, my semi athletic male stomach, smoothed over rapidly, my abs disappeared rather quick, the muscle is there, but a smooth layer of fat filled in the puck marks that made them defined and popped out, tho ive noticed the muscle has reduced abit lately also. But the first place I noticed it was in my groin, it was just skin and bone around their, and it got some soft fatty tissue build up. if your really curious, I every friday, measure my thighs, my calfs, my hips, my stomach, my upper and lower arms, and my chest. and keep a chart just so I know where things are changing, it really helps keep up the motivation and the spirit, you might not see the change, but the numbers wont lie.
