As far as DMV and the Great God of the Electrons in their back office you are quite likely forever an F, legally or otherwise.
And.... really, no one looks at that stuff as long as the picture loks a little somthing like you. Do you really want to spend half a day at the DMV straightening that out. And likel being charged for the privledge?
BTW - another DMV foulup story. One time my wife got her DL renewed. First time post 9-11, lots of extra paperwork. After she gets home she takes a second look at it as she puts it into the right home in her wallet. "Issue Date: Sept 27, 2003" "Epiration Date: Sept 27, 2003" WTF! So she goes back, with another pile of paperwork, half a day, and $25.00 poorer it got fixed. Their response to this obvious typo. "See the sign? Check ALL documents before leaving window"
And we want these people to run our healthcare?
