Where is the vagina stitched to inside? Have my intestines been damaged at all?

I know this is a silly question but Im curious. Ill call my surgeon to ask as well but I was wondering, where exactly is the neovagina attached to on the inside? This is with respect  to the penile inversion technique since that is what Dr. Reed uses.

I am finding more about whats going on with my body and Im learning that something is wrong with my gut/intestines. Its been a year and 9 months since my surgery, and I can no longer tolerate many foods ever since my surgery because I get this weird shaky anxiety and sometimes I cant move for days. My adrenals are all blown out because of it, and this is why I have brain fog and facial hair from the excess cortisol that they keep producing.  Mind you, Ive been on 2x the dosage of my anti androgens compared to before surgery because Im trying to block the facial hair coming on by the cortisol. So, I am trying to find out whether or not there is a tear or something in my intestines from my SRS that is causing this? Did Dr. Reed stitch the neovagina to my intestines or something? Or is it possible that he cut my intestines or colon somehow?

The problem is that somehow, my body produces an enhanced histamine reaction now to whatever foods I eat. This is either because I have a virus or damage to the wall of my intestines that allows food/toxins to escape into the bloodstream. Therefore, my adrenals respond by pumping out cortisol in reaction to histamine. Therefore, I have adrenal fatigue and brain fog and my feminization has reversed. But what Im wondering is if the damage is because of something surgically that happened and if there is a tear that I need to have sewn up. Is this possible and has anyone hear of this happening? Should I go to a gastroenterologist to see? Im currently waiting for results from my blood tests to check for parasites/etc but I really dont think thats its a virus causing this. Ladies, any ideas?

I would start with your GP and work up from there personally.
I can't see that there would be any stitching to the intestine as that would have shown up very quickly.  Might just be co-incidental with the surgery too.

In penile inversion technique the neo-vagina is usually attached to the surroundings with fibrin glue spray.

I dunno how you would have survived this long if there were any perforation of your intestines... that's usually cause for sepsis, which would present very soon with massive fevers, pain, and death. :) If it has been this long, it might well be totally unrelated to the SRS.... ??
