A transsexual from the south of Poland has successfully taken his parents to court for not "approving of his lifestyle".

Reports in Fakt, state that a court in Krakow this week ruled in favour of 20-year-old Filip Zagorski and ordered his parents to pay him child support despite their protests.

Filip - otherwise known as 'Holly' - says his mother and father have disowned him and that he needs the money (a reported PLN 1,000 a month) in order to finish his high school education.
